Car Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Price Includes:
• Basic insurance package
• Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) liability insurance
• Coverage for bodily injury to third parties
• Coverage for damage to third-party property
• Personal accident insurance for the driver
• Damage caused by uninsured vehicles
• Unlimited mileage
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Additional driver at no extra cost
• All taxes and 24% VAT
Reservations & Vehicle Availability
Although our fleet includes a variety of vehicle categories, the company cannot guarantee a specific brand, model, or fuel type.
The vehicle shown online and on the booking confirmation is indicative of the category and may be substituted with a similar vehicle in the same category.
The company reserves the right to provide a higher-category vehicle at no extra cost if the originally selected vehicle or category is unavailable at pickup.
Replacement Vehicle in Case of Breakdown or Accident
In the event of a breakdown or accident not caused by the renter’s fault or negligence, our company will provide a similar vehicle in the same category, or, if unavailable, a higher-category vehicle.
Replacement is not applicable if the incident resulted from misuse, violation of the law, or breach of rental terms.
Required Documents:
• Valid driving license for all registered drivers
• Driving license issued by an EU country (to be covered under our insurance policy)
• Passport or EU national ID card for all drivers
• Valid email address for communication
• Residential address for each driver
Driver Requirements
• Minimum age: 23 years for categories up to E; 26 years for Category E and above (larger/luxury vehicles)
• Driving license held for at least one year
• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle
Young Driver Fee
• Accepted for younger drivers at €6/day, up to a maximum of €40 per rental, to cover additional insurance costs
Additional Drivers
• One additional driver is allowed free of charge
• Additional drivers beyond the first are charged €2 per day
Payment Method
• The rental is prepaid and must be settled upon vehicle delivery
• Accepted payment methods: All major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or cash
Traffic Fines
The renter is responsible for all fines and penalties incurred during the rental period.
Cancellation & Early Return Policies
Early Return During Rental
• If the renter returns the vehicle early and notifies us at least 72 hours before the scheduled end of rental, 50% of the remaining rental days is refunded
• If notice is given less than 72 hours before, no refund is issued
Cancellation of Prepaid Booking Before Start
• If a prepaid booking is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, 50% of the total amount is refunded
• If canceled less than 72 hours before the pickup time, no refund is issued
Reservation Changes (Vehicle or Category Swap)
If you wish to change your vehicle or rental category during or upon completion of the fixed rental period:
• This is not a cancellation, but a replacement
• The change can occur after returning the first vehicle, following the original schedule
• Availability is not guaranteed automatically; please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the desired switch
• Additional charges may apply if switching to a higher-category or differently priced vehicle

Mileage
• Unlimited mileage is included from day one of the rental
Late Pickup
• Vehicles are held up to one hour after the scheduled pickup time or flight arrival (with prior notice)
• If exceeded, the reservation may be marked as “No-Show”, and the vehicle may be reallocated without refund
Vehicle Return
• Vehicles must be returned during office hours
• After-hours returns require contacting the responsible staff—renter remains liable until office reopens
Late Return
• A grace period of 1.5 hours applies after rental end time
• After that, an extra day’s rental is charged
Fuel Policy
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
• No refunds for extra fuel
• Extra charges apply for lower fuel levels
Additional Charges
Possible extra charges include, but are not limited to:
• Fuel charges
• Full (comprehensive) insurance
• Young / additional driver fees
• Late return or delivery
• Special cleaning
• Toll or traffic violations
• Child seats: €4/day (1–3 days), €3.50/day from day 4 (max €35 per rental); damage/loss fee €150
• Snow chains: €5/day (max €80 per rental)
Accident Procedure
• Immediately notify the company and the police in case of an accident
• Submit the official incident report upon return
• Failure to comply voids insurance coverage, rendering the renter fully liable
• If accident was renter’s fault, a €30 administration fee applies
Insurance & Extensions
• Vehicles are insured for third-party damages; CDW covers damages above €400, subject to terms
• Optional insurance: Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Theft Protection (TP), Full Coverage—each with specific terms and fees
• The following are not covered: tire/wheel damage, undercarriage, theft of personal belongings
Roadside Assistance
• 24‑hour roadside assistance included
• Contact details provided upon pickup
• In case of breakdown or accident, call our offices immediately
Long‑Term Rentals
• Rentals are renewed every 30 days
